It’s different from everything else you’ve tried because it’s designed for successful professionals who are struggling with stress, prioritizing their physical and emotional health, and finding balance in their hectic lives. Unlike other programs that can add more stress and chaos to your day, I focus on awareness and small daily strategies to improve health and happiness.

It works because it’s a unique combination of mindful movement, yoga principals, lifestyle management, and nutrition coaching based on my unique background as a yoga teacher, supervising engineer, personal trainer and nutrition coach.

They rush from one thing on their to-do list to the next and they feel a sense of worthiness based on what they can cross off their list. Long-Lasting Results

The first thing you need is clarity on your goals and strategies to help you obtain those goals. Are you trying to reduce your anxiety or stress? Are you looking to take care of yourself with less guilt? Are you trying to lose weight or add some muscle tone so you can feel better in a swimsuit? The reason people fail to achieve their goals is because they don’t take the time to clarify their desired outcome and determine a plan to get there.

Mindful Movement

The third thing you need is to start moving! Many people feel like they need to run to lose weight or do bootcamp classes that they don’t enjoy. By bringing mindfulness to your movement, you will be aware of your different muscles working, your breath, and the thoughts that come up for you. This combination of strength and awareness brings together the mind and the body and helps with relaxation and to reduce stress. Flexibility without strength is instability; Strength without flexibility can increase your chance of injury and decreases functionality. Increasing your strength and flexibility will give you more energy, help you feel better in your own skin/body, and make you feel healthy and tone.
